A big part of becoming a well-known speaker is getting yourself in front of people and being seen. However, being visible can be scary! Where do you go? What do you say? How do you do it well? In today’s episode, I interview Ed Evarts, an author, speaker, and leadership coach and we get into this sticky subject. His newest book, Raise Your Visibility & Value: Uncover the Lost Art of Connecting on the Job includes his “Seven Visibility Accelerators” and he shows us how to create that visibility we’re looking for.

- Participate with a purpose
- Engage with industry associations
- Manage your reputation
